Here’s a perfect way to satisfy your snack cravings with no compromise in nutrition. Lotus Nylon Sago transforms into a mouth-smacking munch along with crispy shredded potato fryums and peanuts.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 cups of Lotus Mini Nylon Sabudana ​
  • 3/4 cup of raw peanuts 
  • 1/2 cup of Readymade or homemade potato chips (the long variety) 
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt (Alternatively, can use Sendhanamak variety to make this on fasting days)
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar 
  • ¼ teaspoon black salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper powder

DIRECTIONS

  • Step 1

    Begin by frying Sabudana on a medium flame.Once done, remove it and spread it over paper.

  • Step 2

    In the same oil, fry the peanuts and remove on a paper once done.

  • Step 3

    Now, in a big bowl, add the fried peanuts and sabudana along with potato chips and mix well.

  • Step 4

    Add all the spice powders and gently mix with hands or ladles.
